Refund and Returns Policy
At The Boxology, we strive to provide the highest quality packaging products, including pizza boxes and custom packaging solutions, to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return or Replace an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized or personalized items, including custom-printed pizza boxes, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return, kindly contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)
We will evaluate the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds for Custom Orders: Refunds for custom-printed packaging are only applicable if the product is defective or there is an error in the printing process on our end. Otherwise, no refunds are available for custom orders.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
5. International Orders (Including U.S. Shipments)
All our shipments are dispatched from USA. International returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping regulations. DAY Global LLC is not responsible for any delays or additional duties and taxes imposed during international shipments.
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with a product, we recommend returning it for a refund (where applicable) and placing a new order.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled at different points during the production process. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far the order has progressed.
Cancellation Stages
Stage 1 – Before Design Revision Begins
If you cancel your order before it enters the design revision phase, a cancellation fee of $15 plus 5% of the total order value will be applied. This fee covers payment processing, banking costs, and initial design preparation.
Stage 2 – During Design Revision
Orders canceled while undergoing design revisions will incur a minimum cancellation charge of 20% of the total order amount. This charge helps cover the time and resources used by our design team.
Stage 3 – Sent to Production (Press Stage)
Once an order has been sent to production, cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is successful at this stage, at least 50% of the total order value will be deducted to cover production-related expenses.
Stage 4 – Order Shipped
After the order has been picked up and shipped by the courier service, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Important Notice
All design service orders that have been successfully placed are non-refundable, regardless of the production stage.
